TREVOR McKENDRICK

The PRIVACY POLICY of T-Mail;

in plain words.

Effective October 21, 2026. T-Mail is an email app for Mac and iPhone made by Optimism Labs LLC (“Optimism Labs”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers the T-Mail apps.

WHAT T-MAIL ACCESSES.

When you sign in with Google, T-Mail gets access to your Gmail account and your email address. It uses that access only to show, search, send and organize your mail in the app, when you ask it to.

WHERE YOUR DATA GOES.

T-Mail talks to Google directly from your device. We run no servers for T-Mail, and we never receive, store or see your email, contacts or account data. Your mail is cached on your device, and your Google sign-in is kept in your device’s Keychain. T-Mail has no ads, analytics or tracking.

Data leaves your device only in these cases:

On iPhone, Ask AI uses Apple Intelligence on your device.

GOOGLE USER DATA.

T-Mail’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

DELETING YOUR DATA.

Signing out of a mailbox in T-Mail revokes its access to that Google account and deletes its sign-in from your device. Deleting the app removes the mail it cached; on the Mac, also delete . You can revoke T-Mail’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

CHILDREN.

T-Mail is not for children under 13.

CHANGES.

We may change this policy. The date at the top says when it last changed. If you keep using T-Mail after a change, the new policy applies.
